As members of the EFQM, we adopted an Excellence Model in our current strategic plan. It has guided us well and having the EFQM carry out Excellence Assessments within our organization has not only given us valuable insight into which management approaches to focus our efforts, but also recognised the progress that UNOPS has made in implementing its strategic plan by awarding us with the EFQM Recognised for Excellence 5 star Award.
