Process Improvements

In the content of process improvement project, internal customer satisfactions surveys, benchmarking visits, presentations are performed.

Corporation Culture

There are some actions take place to change the corporate culture such as, social clubs, house visits in order to increase socialization and projects and continuous improvement teams to ensure participation of employess to continuous improvement.

Aromsa MAP’19 project is a corporate culture transformation project based on EFQM Excellence Model. The vision of project is, to adopt excellence understanding, sustainable corporate structure, to ensure participation of employess to continuous improvement and happy stakeholders. There are five sub-projects in content of our four years long MAP’19 project. Creation of Excellence Culture, Strategic Planning, Process Management, Restructuring of Human Resources and Organizational Performance. In addition to that sub-projects, there are some improvement projects have started, such as Cooperations’ Management, Innovation, Fixed Asset Management, Return on investments, Root Cause Culture, Distributors’ performance. We won “5 Star” certificate in 2017. This is an intermediate stage in our excellence journey and it is emphasized that the journey is going to continue with more and more determination.
